Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within **30 days of receipt**.
- To process your claim, provide us with photos of the issue and your order details.
- We will review your claim and, if confirmed, will cover the cost of replacement or refund.

Lost or Missing Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within **30 days of the estimated delivery date**.
- We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.

Problems with Your Order
- If you notice any issues with your order or products, please submit a **problem report** within 30 days of receiving your items.

Returns and Shipping
- Our products are shipped directly from our partner company’s warehouse.
- If a return is necessary, it will be sent to the return address provided by SpotOn-101.
- Once we receive a returned item, we will notify you via email.
- Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after **30 days**.


Incorrect or Insufficient Shipping Address
- If the address provided is incorrect or insufficient, the package may be returned to us.
- You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we confirm the correct address.
- If the package is returned due to an address issue and you have not registered an account with us or provided payment info, the order will be considered abandoned and may be donated or disposed of without refund.

Unclaimed Orders
- If a package is unclaimed or refused, it will be returned to us.
- You will be responsible for reshipment costs if you wish to have the order resent.

Hygiene and Sealed Goods
- For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on sealed items such as masks once opened.
- Any returns of sealed items will be disposed of and not reshipped.

Customer-Initiated Returns & Exchanges
- We recommend that customers contact us before returning any products.
- We do **not** generally accept returns due to buyer’s remorse.
- Returns and size exchanges are at your expense and discretion.
- If you choose to accept a return or exchange, you will need to place a new order for the same item at your own cost.
